What's Nearby The Patrick Henry Committee invites you to bring your friends and family to a free, public reenactment of the Second Virginia Convention of March of 1775. In the presence of over 100 of colonial Virginia's leaders, including George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Richard Henry Lee, Patrick Henry defended liberty, uttering the immortal words, "Give me liberty or give me death!"
Tours by costumed guides are also available daily. Hours are 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Saturday; Sunday hours are 1:00pm to 4:00pm. The last tour leaves daily at 3:30pm.
St. John's is an active Episcopal Church. Visitors are welcome to attend Sunday worship services at 8:30am or 11:00am.
